3 steps for the perfect wet look
You've probably seen the wet look: the hairstyle as if you just got out of the shower. This look is chic and tough at the same time and suits many occasions. You see the look a lot in straight hair, but it also has a cool effect in curly or wavy hair. Do you want to create the wet look, but you don't know how? Follow our hair expert's 3 steps for the perfect wet look.
This is how you create the wet lookCreating the wet look takes about 15 minutes. If you do it right and use enough hairspray, it will last until you wash your hair again. For the wet look you need the Color Brillianz Conditioning Spray, Brilliantine Gel and Liquid Hairspray.
Step 1: PrepareStart with freshly washed hair. Spray the Color Brillianz Conditioning Spray all over your hair. This leave-in spray nourishes and protects your hair. Let your hair air dry or blow dry it until your hair is still slightly damp. If you don't do this, the product will mix too much with the moisture in your hair, making it less likely to stay in place.
Continue with the Brilliantine Gel. Put the gel on your hands and then on your hair. Start at the roots and spread it over your entire hair. Apply most of the gel at the roots to get a sleek look. The more gel you apply, the wetter your wet look will look.
Step 2: DryingComb your hair with a wide-toothed comb to distribute the gel. Make a center parting or comb your hair back. Use your fingers if you don't want comb marks in your wet look. Blow dry until dry.
Step 3: FixAre you satisfied with your look? Fix it with the Liquid Hairspray. Spray generously all over your hair and your wet look is ready!
