Play & Win - Terms & Conditions 2026

Keune offers participants the opportunity to win prizes with a play & win promotion. All participants also automatically get a chance to win a color treatment. The competition is open to persons over the age of 18. Employees of Keune, their family members and anyone else involved in the organisation of the competition are excluded from participating in the competition.

The promotion will run from September 1st up until November 1st.

Discount and other promotional codes are valid for two weeks and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.

There is no entry fee to participate in the competition. Participants can enter up until October 31st 2026. Entries after this period will not be accepted.

Participants can enter the competition by entering an email address in the embedded play & win tool on www.keune.com/color-muse.

Keune will select a total of 5 winners for the color treatment. The winner will be contacted by Keune via email to confirm acceptance of the prize and to provide contact details. To receive the prize, the winner must follow Keune's instructions. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not confirm within 3 days of Keune's notification, Keune reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a new winner.

The color treatment prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives. Prizes are non-transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and Keune reserves the right to replace any prize with another of equal value without prior notice.

By participating in the competition, each participant agrees to indemnify Keune, its legal representatives, respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any damage suffered or incurred in connection with the competition or the acceptance of the prize.

All personal data provided by participants in connection with the competition will be stored by Keune. Please also refer to our privacy statement on our website.

Participation is only permitted if these conditions are met. Computer-assisted participation is not permitted. Keune reserves the right to disqualify any participant at its sole discretion if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the participant has violated any of these conditions, in the event of fraud, or if the participant does not meet the conditions. Keune's decision on all matters relating to the competition is binding and final and is not subject to review or appeal.

Keune reserves the right to cancel the competition at any time or to amend the terms and conditions, with such amendments taking effect immediately upon publication.

The competition is governed by Dutch law. Any dispute that may arise will be submitted to the competent court in Utrecht, the Netherlands.
