Apply Sea Foam to damp hair, twist and pin sections in place, then blow-dry with a diffuser for minimal volume and an edgy finish. Once dry, define a few strands with an iron, work in a small amount of Air Flow for effortless control, and finish with a few drops of Smooth Operator.
