How can I cancel an order?

We're sorry to hear that you would like to cancel your order. Your order is already being processed and may no longer be stopped before it is dispatched. However, you can notify us of your cancellation immediately by submitting the withdrawal form.

If your order is delivered, you may still return it within the statutory withdrawal period of 14 days. Please note that return shipping costs are at your own expense.
