We connect culture and hair
Our Keune Global Educators share more than knowledge and skills. They are your personal coaches, ready to share their creative minds with you and your salon staff.
Besides the fact that our Global Educators are on the road all year ‘round, helping stylists perfect their skills with hands-on work sessions they are the ones out there in the world experiencing different cultures, discovering new influences. In fact, our Global Educators are among the very first to see new opportunities for new products, tools, techniques, and seminars.

In order to continue to provide valuable work in the salon, and to see your signature reflected in your work so that you engage clients, it is important that you continue to develop yourself. It's not about how good you are it's about how good you want to become. Dream BIG and never stop learning.
Daisy always knew she wanted to be a hairdresser. When she was just 16, she started working in the hair industry. By the time Daisy turned 18, she had started a successful salon.
However, Daisy wanted more. After 2 years, she sold her salon and started traveling. Exploring what was best for her, she became a make-up artist, worked for TV, and gained experience with all sorts of hair. She ended up at a hair brand company, where she developed her passion for education. Daisy has shared her endless creativity about styling, coloring, and trends many times on stage.
When Daisy joined Keune she told us: “I really feel this is the perfect match for me. Keune being a personal and family-owned company is important to me.” Daisy creates the education for our campaign projects and trains other educators. “I love sharing my knowledge and creativity. But most important, it’s a great chance to learn from others.”
Mirjam Homma will be traveling the world to empower other Keune educators and stylists. She has a sixth sense when it comes to trends — which is why she’s also responsible for our trend reports and campaigns.
Mirjam started her career as a creative team member at the Amsterdam hair institution Koffijberg Hairdressers before discovering her passion for education. She was a freelance educator and backstage fashion team member at Wella before accepting a steady job as an educator at Procter & Gamble and later Coty. Brands like GHD, Sebastian, and Wella were part of her education portfolio.
Mirjam excels at presenting. She enjoys sharing her knowledge and skills about presenting, educating, and training methods with other educators and stylists. Mirjam is incredibly experienced, ambitious, and passionate and she’s looking forward to meeting you soon!
Irene started her career as a teacher at a private hairdressing school in the Netherlands, and shortly after as a National Educator for Keune Haircosmetics. After a while, she left Keune to manage a high-end salon in Amsterdam, where she developed more insight into what it takes to own a business. This gave her the chance to expand her craft by doing many fashion shoots and working backstage at Paris Fashion Week.
Eventually, she realized that education – and Keune! – was her true passion. She returned to her role as National Educator, transferring to the Global Team in 2018. Today, Irene travels the world to share our Keune Dynamic Education with other educators and hairdressers.
Because she’s always on the lookout for new developments Irene is also responsible for the educational perspective on new products and educational launches.
